How it works…
- Book an appointment for a consultation and needs analysis. This process is managed via e-mail/ Skype.
- Following consultation, training schedules are drawn up.
- Once agreed, training plans are designed and delivered via TrainingPeaks.
- Training sessions are monitored and analysed by the coach, with feedback provided.
- Progress is mapped and performance goals are managed.
- Support is provided personally and via the inner circle support network.
